Quantum's Chairperson is Marion Mulhall, whose record in the field of marketing    communications, advertising and design is matched by her commitment to the
ideals and beliefs of the Catholic Church, and her great love and respect for
the gift of the priesthood of Jesus Christ to the world.

Her experience extends to employment with key Irish and international agencies    before establishing her own advertising and design agency in the mid-1980s,
since which date she has enjoyed considerable success, with a growing portfolio
of both religious and secular clients. Marion is also a member/friend of the National    Conference of Diocesan Vocation Directors (NCDVD).

As a lay Carmelite, Marion has a special insight into the needs of the Church, of
its worldwide community of priests, brothers and sisters in Christ, and its general    public needs in a changing and pressurised world. By living the Carmelite charism,    Marion has developed prayer sensitivity for the promotion and affirmation of
   the priesthood.

Her work of service in this area has brought her into contact with Church    representatives from all over the world, as well as giving her special exposure to
the problems of recruitment, motivation and communication for the religious    environment in a secular world.
