Quantum
provides a range of advertising, design, production and communication
services, designed to stimulate a strong interactive response from respondents.
Much emphasis is laid on preliminary understanding of the client's brief
and agreement of objectives, leading to the most productive utilisation
of resources and time, and the most efficient response to the brief.
For
diocesan vocational campaigns, the brief is arrived at in consultation
with the Bishop of the Diocese, the Diocesan Vocations Director and
administrative assistants, as well as with the priests and laity of
each diocese. The Vocations Director in each diocese will generally
be responsible for implementing publicity material and its distribution.
This will achieve maximum impact and awareness among the community at
large, among young people and in particular, among families.
In
the case of Religious Orders, a full understanding of the charism and
role of the Order is required. This is best achieved by personal attendance
at the Order's main centres, and by spending time in prayer and
discussion with different communities.
A
full visual presentation is prepared by Quantum, to be presented to
the client. This will encompass detailed graphic models, including (if
necessary) mock- ups of all proposed material including Internet exposure.
Where appropriate, it is supported by a comprehensive marketing plan.
Detailed production costings are also usually presented at this stage.
Once
the preliminary presentation material is discussed, agreed and accepted,
costings are finalised and agreed with the client. Thereafter, Quantum
proceeds to origination of pre-print artwork, photography, typesetting,
illustrations and colour separations, following through on procurement
and delivery of printed material. The service therefore runs from initial
preliminary briefing, through to final delivery of the finished material
and / or website.
